Present Made are new rental neighbourhoods, created by global real estate investment managers, Apache Capital, that aim to bring the freedom and flexibility of renting, combined with the comfort and quality of homeownership.

In tandem with our marketing and CX partners, Off The Wall, Regular Studio was tasked with overhauling the company’s brand philosophy, creating a new visual and verbal identity and designing and developing a new website.

Over a 4 month process, we worked closely with the Apache Capital team to transition the brand from an investor-facing fundraising identity to an engaging, consumer-facing brand that’s unlike anything on the market.
